My 8th grade English teacher always said give a book 50 pages before deciding whether to finish it. Under Amazon's 10% rule, I only get 20 pages of a 200 page book before I lose my refund.

Why didn't Amazon just waive the delivery fee? Their cost to download text to their eReader through AWS is less than a fraction of cent.
