While I'm sure your opinion is well founded, this article is, frankly, so riddled with jargon and obscurity that it reads like stream of conciousness. Please define your acronyms ("CREW", "OPR", "OLC", etc.) and provide more background - Barr memo case, how FOIA offers protection, etc.)

If this is what passes for well-written in the sane side of the US Senate, we are doomed.
